Balance Marketing Cloud training includes all tasks within the system that will enable you to build an email, upload subscribers, send email to a new or existing list, and review tracking data. The use of advanced features can be included as you deem necessary. Advanced features include but are not limited to Automation Studio, Salesforce.com integration, enterprise account administration, segmentation tools, Data Extensions, A/B testing, Dynamic Content, SMS messaging, and Landing Pages.
Trainings can be delivered via web conference or in person and can be customized to meet your needs. We typically approach training in three two-hour sessions (when conducted remotely) that will take you from basic skills through advanced features of the Marketing Cloud system to your unique use cases. Onsite training includes more hands-on interaction from participants and is typically broken into two half-days.
